Booking conditions

When the details of your function have been confirmed, Citrons Catering will give you a final confirmation of your order. You would be required to pay a 25% (maximum of $500) deposit to confirm your function. Minimum numbers are required no later than 7 days prior to your function, this will be the guaranteed minimum that we will provide for, and the amount in which your invoice will be based.

Payment Terms

In catering a function the majority of expense is incurred on your behalf prior to the actual event date. Therefore Citrons Catering requires a 25% deposit on acceptance of the quote. On all orders, the balance of the account will be due no later than 48 hours prior to the function. Payment can be made in the form of cash, cheque, or direct bank deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your function for any reason, you must inform Citrons Catering in writing or email. The following terms will apply from the date of which written notice is received:

  • More than 60 days prior to the function – full deposit will be returned.
  • 21-60 days prior to function date – 50% deposit will be returned.
  • Less than 21 days prior to function date – deposit is non-refundable.
